Insulating Aggregate

General Description

Insulating aggregates are lightweight refractory products with low thermal conductivity. Dirgodaz Amol Industries produces various types of insulating aggregates (SD-IA series) based on aluminosilicate compositions or with low iron oxide content.

The technical features of these products include:

  • Higher thermal stability compared to other lightweight materials such as perlite, vermiculite, and certain ceramic fibers
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Adequate strength
  • High purity and low iron oxide content
  • Suitable resistance in corrosive and reducing chemical environments (carbon monoxide, etc.)
  • Safe to use
