Technical Specifications

Refractory Mortars

General Description:

Refractory mortars are used to bond bricks in the construction of refractory layers. Dirgodaz Amol Industries produces various types of refractory mortars based on operating temperature and alumina content. Dry mortars with air-setting and heat-setting systems are developed based on aluminosilicate compounds. Dry mortars are supplied in a two-component system consisting of liquid binder and dry powder.

Advantages and Specifications:

  • High bond strength
  • Versatility
  • Proper adhesion and consistency
  • Water retention property
  • Excellent workability
  • Suitable immersion and troweling characteristics
  • Low shrinkage

Applications

These products are used to bond lightweight and heavyweight bricks in refractory layers.

Technical Specifications
