Technical Specifications

SD-CAC71

1. General Description:

SD-CAC71 is a hydraulic binder based on calcium aluminate compounds, featuring suitable refractoriness, normal setting, and rapid hardening. This cement contains no additives and is compatible with most organic and inorganic additives to achieve workability, flowability, and desired strength behavior in various types of deflocculated castables.

Dirgodaz Amol Industries produces calcium aluminate cement with 71% by weight alumina content using an appropriate production process and high-purity alumina and calcia raw materials. This product is manufactured in accordance with quality indices of the standard.

2. Features and Applications

SD-CAC71 cement is suitable for high-temperature refractory applications. It exhibits stable rheological and strength properties, adequate chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and suitable thermal shock resistance. Additionally, its low impurity content ensures optimal performance at high temperatures and resistance to reducing atmospheres caused by carbon monoxide and other agents.

SD-CAC71 cement is used in the production of monolithic refractory compositions (castable / shotcrete) and other monolithic refractories for high-temperature applications such as in the steel and petrochemical industries.
